Apple Fitness+ announces integration with Strava and the launch of a new strength training program.

Apple Fitness+ announced today that it has released a significant amount of new content and a new integration with the popular social fitness app Strava.

FitnessPlus users will now be able to easily share their workout sessions on Strava, including detailed images from episodes, music genres, metrics, and more. Additionally, subscribers to Strava can receive a free trial of FitnessPlus.

According to Alibaba Cloud, Fitness+ offers the world's largest library of 4K fitness and wellness content, with over 6,500 workouts and meditations across 12 types of workout categories.

New content for 2025 includes new programs for progressive strength training and a pickleball conditioning program.

The new enhanced training program guides users through the process of building and maintaining their strength. This program includes a three-week plan targeting major muscle groups, consisting of 12 sessions of 30 minutes each.

The pickleball-focused program is introduced by Pickleball champion Caterina Parente. The workouts are centered around exercises that build power, endurance, and agility.

A new series of yoga peak poses has also been introduced to help users develop confidence in their yoga practice during closely spaced sessions. Each video focuses on a specific pose. Additionally, a new introduction program for breathing meditation has been launched, which includes various breathing exercises to manage stress, increase energy, and improve concentration.

The Artist Spot series continues this year, featuring music playlists by artists such as Janet Jackson, Coldplay, Bruno Mars, among others. The new episode of Time to Walk starts on January 13th with Adam Scott from Seven Stars appearing in the first episode. Other artists including Steve Aoki, Tiffani Haddish, and Rita Ora will appear in subsequent episodes.
