Univershuffle is a new music discovery app that randomly shuffles all songs on Apple Music. It has nothing to do with AI or algorithms. It provides the best experience for finding new music among a large number of songs.

This app can be used for free up to a certain capacity, but to fully listen to the songs, you need to link your Apple Music account. It was released in the App Store this week.

By linking your Apple Music account, you can freely shuffle your favorite songs. By excluding specific genres, you can better align with your music preferences. If you find a song you like, you can immediately add it to a playlist or the Apple Music library.

If you encounter songs in other languages, the app has a feature to translate titles using Apple's translation API. When you tap on the title, the translation will be performed. Additionally, there are mappable buttons so you can create quick shortcuts within the app for favorite actions. This includes adding songs to playlists or albums to the library instantly.

This app supports Apple Shortcuts and Siri, and iCloud synchronization also takes place between different devices. Interactive home screen widgets are also provided.

Price

Univershuffle is free to use as long as your Apple Music account is linked. However, if it's not linked, you can only play songs for 30 seconds at a time. But if it is linked, the first 10 songs can be used ad-free, and after that, ads will be displayed.

If you want an experience without ads, you can purchase Univershuffle Premium. This is a payment model like 'Chimp Juice'. You can unlock it for $5 at once, and if you want to support the developer more, there are options of $10, $25, or $50.

If you want to continuously support the developer, there are also subscription options. There is a subscription starting at $1.49 per month, and even after cancellation, premium features can be maintained (total payment of more than $5 required).
