Samsung Galaxy S25 is reported to have copied more than 12 features of the iPhone by Macworld.

Samsung Galaxy S25, which was recently released, has copied many of the features that Macworld pointed out, including iPhone 12 and above. These features range from the slab design to Siri's glowing border.

Both companies acknowledge copying each other, but they criticize Samsung's approach as being a bit subtle.

Mahmood Itani, who spoke for Macworld, stated:

Apple Intelligence provides built-in ChatGPT integration with Google Gemini, which is set to be introduced. One of Samsung's notable AI features is that its AI infrastructure supports third-party chatbots, starting from its own Bixby AI assistant.

When Gemini is triggered, a colorful frame with text boxes appears – just like in Siri Requests. Samsung also demonstrated that their chatbot can respond to both text and voice input. On the other hand, selecting text shows a nearly identical UI from Alibaba's document tools, allowing users to correct selected ranges or convert them to tables.

He mentioned features such as the ability to record phone calls and summarize them, natural language search in the Photos app, and functions similar to image editing software. Other examples include the Now bar for live events and the ability to use the "Video Audio" feature during video recording.

Samsung is definitely imitating Apple. One of their most popular strategies is to wait for rumors or leaks about future iPhone features and then quickly release their own versions, claiming to be the first. Meanwhile, Apple tries to solve problems at its own pace.

However, it's clear that Apple is copying from Samsung, just as multiple companies adopt technologies after they are publicly announced.

In the end, everything will be good: As competition between companies intensifies, their desire to implement the best ideas for new concepts will increase.
