The next Apple Watch activity challenge is coming soon. Customers will soon receive notifications about the upcoming Heart Health Month Challenge, set for February 14th.
Here's what to expect from the challenge:
Show some love! Close your Move ring on Valentine's Day, February 14th, to earn this award.
Closing your Apple Watch's Move ring by default means completing 30 minutes of exercise. However, you can increase or decrease the required duration.
Apple explains as follows:
- Open the Fitness app on your iPhone.
- Tap Activity Rings, then tap Next to an Activity Ring.
- Tap one of the following:
- Adjust Today's Goal: Set a temporary activity ring goal for today.
- Adjust Goals Plan: Customize your weekly activity ring goals. To customize your goals, tap "Plan" in the upper right corner.
- Tap or to adjust the goal.
- After completing the steps, tap "Change Today's [Activity] Goal" or "Set [Activity] Goals Plan".
